has released an investor presentation outlining the use of proceeds from its recently completed institutional equity raising.
The funds are intended to accelerate Cobre's pathway to increase its ownership in the producing Sierra Atacama Copper Project in Chile's Antofagasta region from the current ~45% toward ~75%. The project is currently generating approximately 400 tonnes per month of copper cathode, with a target to reach ~1,500 tonnes per month through operational improvements and permitted expansions.
The presentation highlights a foreign estimate of 109.6Mt at 0.67% CuT (approximately 734kt contained copper). Cobre notes this estimate has not been prepared in accordance with the JORC Code (2012) and that further work is required to define a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource. A ~40,000 metre drilling program is underway to support resource conversion and expansion.
Proceeds will also fund the drilling campaign, settle legacy obligations, eliminate debt servicing, and de-risk execution over the next 18 months. Cobre maintains additional exploration exposure in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt through existing partnerships.
As at early July 2026, Cobre reported a market capitalisation of approximately A$319 million with A$30 million in cash.
